CAFC9 (9th Congress on Catalysis and Fine Chemicals) is the next edition of the former successful events held in Italy (2007), Germany (2005) and Netherlands (2003), and heir of the former congress of Heterogeneous Catalysis and Fine Chemicals (HCFC) held in Switzerland (1996) and France (1999, 1993, 1990, and 1988).

This congress is devoted to the application of any type of catalyst (homogeneous, heterogeneous, enzymatic) to the synthesis of Fine Chemicals, with special emphasis on the selectivity issues. The aim is to bring together researchers from both academia and industry, working in the synthesis of Fine Chemicals with any type of catalysts, to share their expertise in the field as a way to open new collaborations that help to solve the forthcoming problems in the chemical industry, and to implement more sustainable synthetic methods based on catalytic processes.

The congress will consist in several Plenary Lectures and Keynote Lectures by invited speakers together with a number of Oral Communications and Posters selected by the Scientific Committee from the received Abstracts. We kindly invite you to submit your abstracts.
